Perched atop a rocky outcrop, Garrison Lookout is imagined as a quiet lookout over Garrison Bay. A simple, open living space extends outward to covered outdoor rooms and panoramic views, while a linear service bar at the back of the plan provides privacy, a guest suite, and utility functions. The primary suite occupies the end of the composition, separated for calmness and oriented toward the landscape. A simple shed roof with clerestory glazing brings softness and balance to a form defined by restraint, light, and orientation.
